This depends on the time of the show but generally, the President wants us there 4-5 hours before show time.

Yes, they can!! We actually encourage people to have their friends and family order their tickets ahead of time because the line tends to be long at the door. We would not want your loved ones to miss the opener because of a long ticket line.

Hair and makeup are decided upon by the team about one week prior to the showcase. Hair can either be whatever you feel as long as it's out of your face or a style agreed upon by the team. Makeup has usually always been natural.
